How to sign a PDF on your phone
No need to print, sign and scan: you can sign the document on your phone and send it back.
Steps
- Tap Fill & Sign on the home screen and pick the document with Open PDF.
- Add your signature with Sign. The first time you draw it with your finger and save it; after that you reuse it with one tap.
- Drag the signature into place and resize it. Add Text, Date or Tick if needed.
- Save with Flatten & Save; the original file is kept.
- Use Share on the result card.
Good to know
- This places an image of your signature on the document; it is not a qualified electronic signature. For official procedures, ask which method is accepted.
- Your signatures are stored only on your device, in secure storage.
